Delivery

Small to medium packages are shipped with Royal Mail and dispatched within 24 hours.

Bulky item deliveries (sofas, storage, floor lighting, etc.) local to our showroom in East London (E5, E8 + N16) are typically free.

Large item deliveries outside our local area but within Greater London cost £28 while mainland UK large item deliveries are £65. Collection is free!

Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns on items bought in person in store unless the goods in question are proven faulty/unfit for purpose.

For items purchased over the phone or online we do offer the standard seven day cooling off period whereby the customer is entitled to a full refund (excluding shipping charges), no questions asked. Publications are non-refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
